Shipping Information

All orders (with the exception of custom orders) currently process and ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Actual delivery time is based on your location. Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
For whatever reason, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we will not cancel orders after this time has passed.

ORDER CHANGES
Please contact us ASAP for any changes to your order so we can make the necessary adjustments before your order is processed and shipped.

If paying via PayPal, I cannot make any address changes to your order.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Please contact your local post office if your package is missing.

Heart&Soul Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once there is a delivery confirmation. You must file a claim with USPS.

TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING
If your package seems stalled, stuck, or tracking has stopped updating, please try signing up for text or email notifications. This can usually trigger movement if your package is stuck somewhere.
