When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
With the exceptions of custom requests, all items are ready to ship. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after your order is placed for orders to be shipped.

The time it takes to receive your order varies on your region, weather, and speed of USPS. Typically, it takes about 2-7 business days. I recommend requesting text or email notifications to know if your order is taking longer than expected.

Heart&Soul Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once there is a delivery confirmation. You must file a claim with USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are not shipping internationally. We are looking forward to changing this in the future!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part.

Does my cup come with a lid or a straw?
Yes! Each cup comes with one bamboo lid and one reusable plastic straw.
